Role:
- Assist Brian with various task
- Prepare 2D molds to be mounted together by dowels
- Glue molds together
- Apply hinges
- Prepare custom glue for veneers to prevent creeping at ends
- Apply glue to veneers
- Mount veneers into molds and squeeze with hydraulic press
- Clamp molds for veneers to setup / dry
- Clean off excess glue for Brian to mill clean
- Align and sand two parts of veneer to match up at ends
- Final prep and sanding for dying
- Balancing of mobiles with Brian to find balance point desired
- Help prepare aircraft cable for final mobile
- Take photos of installation
